4. What if I’m struggling with birth trauma or a difficult pregnancy?

We provide birth trauma therapy using EMDR and trauma-informed approaches. If your birth experience felt frightening, disempowering, or left you with lingering distress, guilt or mistrust of the medical system, it deserves attention and healing. You do not need a diagnosis of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) to access trauma therapy. We trust your inner knowing that your experience was not ok.

5. Do you offer virtual therapy across Ontario?

6. I’m a mom and business owner—can therapy help with burnout and identity loss?

Definitely and we get it because we are moms too. Many of our clients are juggling parenthood with professional roles or entrepreneurship. We specialize in supporting women through burnout, boundary setting, and rediscovering their own values and identity.

7. Do you offer therapy for grief, miscarriage, or pregnancy loss?

Yes. We offer gentle, non-judgmental therapy for pregnancy and infant loss, including miscarriage, TFMR, stillbirth, and fertility challenges. This is one of the most isolating forms of grief and you don’t have to navigate it alone. We have additional training in this area to best support parents with losses.

8. Are your therapists experienced with ADHD, perfectionism, or high functioning anxiety in women?

Yes. Many of our clients present as “high-functioning” while silently struggling. Victoria works with women with ADHD, and several of our therapists are skilled in supporting perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, and executive functioning challenges.
